Fingerprint Access
Unlock the door with a registered fingerprint for fast, keyless access.
The lock is designed to recognize authorized fingerprints quickly, making it easy to enter without reaching for keys.
Passcode Access
Create personal passcodes for yourself, family members, or trusted guests.
Temporary and permanent access codes can be managed through the compatible app.
NFC Card Access
Use a registered NFC access card for quick entry.
This is useful for anyone who prefers a physical access method without using a traditional key.
Smartphone App Control
Manage supported lock functions through the compatible mobile app.
Depending on your setup, you can manage users, create access codes, view entry logs, monitor battery status, and adjust supported lock settings.
Mechanical Backup Key
The lock also includes mechanical keys for emergency access.
This gives you a physical backup option if needed.
Automatic Locking
Lockcal includes a configurable Auto-Lock feature.
After the door has been unlocked, the lock can automatically return to a secured state after a preset period, helping reduce the chance of accidentally leaving your door unlocked.
Passage Mode
For times when you do not want the exterior handle to stay locked, the lock supports a passage mode.
This can be useful when you want free access during certain periods and then return the lock to secured mode later.
Anti-Peep Password Protection
The keypad supports an anti-peep password function.
You can enter additional random digits before or after your actual passcode, making it more difficult for someone nearby to identify your real code by watching you type.
Entry Logs & User Management
Through the compatible app, Lockcal supports access management features such as:
- Permanent access codes
- Temporary access codes
- User management
- Entry logs
- Supported privacy and silent-mode settings
This makes it easier to control who has access and when.
Battery Monitoring
Lockcal operates using:
4 × AAA batteries
The app can display battery information so you can monitor the lock before the batteries run out.
For best performance, use fresh alkaline AAA batteries.
Emergency Power
If the batteries become fully depleted while you are outside, the emergency power port can be used with an external power source to temporarily power the lock and allow access.
The emergency port is not intended to recharge the AAA batteries.

Important Compatibility Notice
Lockcal is designed for standard pre-drilled door configurations that match the measurements above.
It is not designed for integrated or mortise-style lock systems where the handle and locking mechanism are part of a large internal lock body.
Your door edge must also be prepared so the latch plate can sit correctly.
If your current door does not match these dimensions, additional modification or drilling may be required.

Installation
For compatible pre-drilled doors, installation is designed to be straightforward.
The installation process generally includes:
- Installing the latch into the edge of the door
- Positioning the exterior smart handle
- Feeding the connecting cable through the door opening
- Connecting the exterior and interior units
- Securing both sides using the supplied mounting hardware
- Installing 4 AAA batteries
- Completing the initial setup and testing the lock
The handle orientation is reversible, allowing installation on compatible left- or right-opening doors.

Important First-Time Setup
Before relying on the lock for privacy or security, complete the administrator setup according to the included instructions.
Register your administrator fingerprint and configure your authorized users before normal use.
Do not assume the lock is fully secured until setup has been completed and tested.
